Construction Process
1.Preparation Phase: Complete site survey, refine design drawings, determine steel component specifications and foundation parameters; simultaneously obtain construction permits, prepare materials such as steel, bolts, and color steel plates, and dispatch cranes and welding machines to enter the site.
2.Foundation Construction
3.Steel Structure Installation: First, hoist the steel columns, correct their verticality, and then fix them; then, install steel beams one by one, connect them with high-strength bolts to form a portal frame structure;
4.Maintenance System Construction: Lay color steel plates on the roof and install light-shielding strips, ensure waterproof sealing; install color steel plates and rock wool sandwich panels (optional) on the walls, reserve window and door openings, complete the building enclosure, and achieve the shading function.
